Role Overview: As an HR Executive, you will be essential in supporting our mission to create a vibrant and productive workplace. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations, while helping to uphold and promote our company culture. Your role will involve attracting, sourcing, and hiring VFX talent to join our team and support our growth, ensuring adherence to company policies and practices, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting initiatives that align with our core values. By contributing to a supportive and engaging workplace, you will play a key role in driving our success through our most valuable asset—our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Pipeline Management: Developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Interview & Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates, Conducting preliminary screens and interviews to shortlist candidates.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Understanding the hiring needs and job requirements for each position. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Management: Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Research & Networking: Stay updated on industry trends and VFX talent pools, identifying innovative ways to attract top-tier candidates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring for VFX roles
- Basic understanding of HR software, recruitment processes, and employment laws.
- Experience using HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
