Role Overview:

The VFX Production Coordinator works closely with the Production Head or Line Producer to ensure seamless workflow within VFX projects. They coordinate daily team operations, distribute assets and plates to relevant departments, and facilitate communication between supervisors, clients, and artists. Additionally, they manage production databases, track project progress, and schedule external meetings when necessary.


Responsibilities:

  • Track project progress and maintain accurate production databases.
  • Distribute assets and plates to the appropriate departments.
  • Relay briefs and feedback between artists and supervisors.
  • Ensure that folder structures are organized and free of errors.
  • Organize and schedule meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in VFX, Animation, or a relevant field.
  • 2 Years of professional experience as a Production Coordinator
